HKSTP announces the launch of HKSTP Talent Conversion Scheme ("TCS") in 2026, which has been open for applications since mid-June 2026. 

TCS aims to encourage the continuous career development of various Talent Programme Graduates upon graduation and to build a robust talent pool for Hong Kong's Innovation & Technology (I&T) ecosystem.

TCS will provide funding support for eligible partner companies of HKSTP to employ eligible Talent Programme Graduate.

*Please note that funding support is allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.
